Our client, a global investment bank, are looking to engage an interim for a period of 4 months to review and implement a brand new Global Junior Talent Strategy plan. This is an exciting role as it will be responsible for reviewing the current global plan, identifying gaps and writing the new plan going forward. The Talent Strategy Plan covers their Global Graduate, Intern and Apprentice community so it is essential you have held a similar role or worked on similar global projects, it is quickly essential that you come from an Investment Banking or Global Financial Services background. Given the urgency of the role candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice period, no more than 2 weeks.
