Marketing Communications Manager/3- 4 months contract/Glasgow/£160-£200 a day
We have a fantastic opportunity for two experienced Marketing Communications Managers with one of the major organizations in Scotland for 3 - 4 months contract Based in Glasgow.
Our client requires 2 highly experienced Marketing Communications Managers to work on two different projects.
- Brand and digital focused project
- PR and Media focused project
Essential:
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent qualification
- Two - five years' experience of working on own initiative in a time pressured marketing communications environment - either client or agency side.
- Strong experience of using common Content Management Systems - such as Joomla and Umbraco.
- Skilled at writing for the web with a good understanding of SEO - familiarity and experience with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
- Experience in a multimedia content role, either agency or client-side.
- Creative flair and copywriting skills.
- Proven experience working across visual content creation for social media and other digital channels.
- Experience in developing, delivering and evaluating multi-channel marketing projects and campaigns.
- Experience of delivering activity through agencies.
- Experience in relationship building with internal and external partners/stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, project planning and delivery skills with ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
