Sales Development Representative

Based in London, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

They require a Sales Development Representative with 3+ years in a software/SaaS sales Development role with a track record of success.

Initially on a 6-month contract, supporting the EMEA team in growing Workplace sales. The EMEA SDR will have responsibility for helping to grow new pipeline, effectively qualifying leads and opportunities, and ensuring high quality sales data is maintained to help drive rapid growth.

What are the skills required?

  • At least 3 years in a software/SaaS sales Development role with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication by phone and email
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Familiar qualifying/ranking lead potential.
  • Capable of organizing a high volume of contacts per day (phone and email).
  • Ability to learn quickly and provide critical thinking.
  • Experience engaging with executives.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus (but not essential).

What would a general day involve?

  • Oversee leads/inbound leads and contact and qualify them.
  • Conduct growth events with Workplace leads.
  • Maintain updated records for all leads in Salesforce.
  • Manage leads, generate reports and detect patterns.
  • Develop e-mail sequences in an automated tool.
  • Invite leads to webinars and manage replies/presence.
  • Monitor and identify which content to send/publish in groups/Multi-company groups.
  • Gather feedback from prospects, get answers and respond.
  • Obtain detailed contact info for target outbound lists.
  • Proactively contact, navigate account to identify right executive and schedule meetings (outbound).
  • Conduct presentations by video conference of simple and complex contents.
