Content Delivery Manager - We are seeking a Content Delivery Manager
The Delivery Manager will be working on the Structural Reform Programme (SRP) which is a very large programme that is affecting our banking client. The team will be working on the website to update the content on the organisations products.
Your responsibilities as Content Delivery Manager include:
Every page on the website needs amending but most of them are likely to be quite straightforward. At the moment there are 350 pages that need to be looked at by copywriters and they all need to go live. The pages are prepped and ready and need to be amended if the product changes. The Content Delivery Manager will lead the project where a team of Producers who will make the content changes for when it goes live using AEM 6.
Skills and background for the successful Content Delivery Manager that we are looking for:
- Experience in a busy online production environment
- Effective written and oral communication skills including negotiation and influencing.
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Financial Services background
- Experience in creating and managing digital changes using a content management system.
- Inspires confidence by making and honouring commitments; demonstrates initiative and competence; communicates a vision and strategy of own role.
- Understanding of the importance of risk and rigour management and corporate governance, including regulated practices.
- Have experience in working on a content migration and on websites ideally using AEM6. They are still in planning phase for the process and they're not sure how complicated each page will be so someone who has been there for the full life cycle of a migration would be ideal.
Desirable:
- Ideally worked on a reform programme in the past.
- Ideally worked extensively with digital delivery and the teams around that such as UX/UI teams.
