Your tasks:
- Planning and execution of all usability engineering activities focusing on interaction design and evaluation
- Close cooperation with other UX experts, project, requirements and risk management
- Planning, preparation and execution of formative and summative usability evaluations
- Alignment of user interface and workflow design within and beyond product lines
Your qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in psychology, interaction design, usability/human factors or other comparable education in social science
- Education in human computer interaction design or equivalent
- Working experience in projects with hard- and software components
- Proficiency in visual design, interaction design, information architecture and prototyping tools
- Proven record of the application of UX tools, methodologies and projects
- Proficient in translating user research results into requirements and driving ideation activities with multiple stakeholders
- Working experience in a highly regulated environment (healthcare, defence, avionics) is beneficial
- Positive attitude towards people, ability to connect to a wide range of personalities
- High degree of self-organisation, active information collector and connector as well as proactive problem solver
