Description
Corporate Communications Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in communications, public relations, journalism or similar
- 5+ years' experience in communications or related field in a corporate environment/ matrix organisation
- Understanding of social media, visual graphic design and artwork production processes
- Proficiency of MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, SharePoint and Hootsuite
- Profound experience in proof-reading and editing as well as copy writing and creative messaging
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, additional European language is a plus
Your tasks:
- Proposing and implementing communications plans, employee engagement communications campaigns to support understanding of business strategic priorities and global corporate projects
- Creating digital, video and print communications, executive presentations and editorial calendar in addition to proposing concept for enhancing employee engagement and regular news flow/ targeted to defined key audiences for owned channels
- Managing EUCAN online channels: Yammer/ EUCAN page, intranet, regarding content update, as relevant, and design, incl. leveraging local news to channels managed by global corporate communications
- Liaise with global teams on new Intranet developments, supporting the implementation of new features, cascade information to country communications leads, support in the roll-out, as relevant
- Ensuring regular publication flow across owned channels and calendar for internal employee (e.g. Town Halls) or other relevant events as well as supporting preparations for such events as applicable
- Collaborating with external communications and PR agencies to develop creative campaigns, coordinate pitch proposals and ensuring input from alignment with relevant internal functions
