Proteus Europe is searching for a French and Dutch skilled Technical Writer with experience in Business Intelligence documentation for a 5 month contract in Brussels

Your New role:-
As part of a large transformation project, the role of the technical writer will consist of:-
o Compile and catalog all current documentation
o You will be working on writing and/or edits on technical documents such as technical flows, Functional Analysis, operational specifications, report documentation.
o Prepare a priority action plan to cover the entire documentation scope
o Work with the BI Architects, Application Owners and Developers to identify immediate documentation needs
o Translate and modify existing documentation (from French or Dutch) into English
o Collaborate with Technical team to build and maintain the content management platform
Your Skills and Qualifications:-
Essential Skills:-
o Fluent French, Dutch and English language skills
o Knowledge of technical language, concepts, practices, and procedures in BI
o Experience with SAP BW/BI is a plus
o Experience with SAS is a plus
o Experience with MS Power BI is a plus
o Superior knowledge of MS Word particularly relating to formatting of documents
o Knowledge of MS Excel, Enterprise Architect
o Sharp proofreading skills and acute attention to detail
o Familiarity with Knowledge base and documentation/content platforms or such as Sharepoint
o Can work in an Agile Methodology
o Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
o Experience with a large IT transformation project is a plus
