Content Designer - 6 months contract - CreweAn awesome opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading digital technology consultancy who is seeking an experienced Content Designer to join them on an initial 6 months contract based in Crewe, but the project is going to last 2 years, so there is the possibility to be extended.
The successful Content Designer will develop content strategy and will work closely alongside designers and developers as part of an agile team. They are currently transferring websites to a new system, so the Content Designer will review the existing content and refine it.
The Content Designer will:
Write and edit digital content across web, mobile and social media channels
Choose the best format for displaying user information
Manage relationships with SMEs to make sure the content is accurate
Key skills and experience for the Content Designer:
Excellent ability to write for the web and create accessible and usable content
Use metrics and user feedback to define content
Working with content publishing systems
User Research techniques desirable
