2 x User Researchers required for my government client in Coventry,
Up to £500 per day, 6 months and immediate start.
Requirements
- Experience in user centred design practices
- Understanding user needs for web content services, especially those with a complex user journey
- Designing, facilitating and analysing a range of qualitative and quantitative user research techniques
- Sharing and presenting user research findings in a variety of formats and contexts, bringing actionable insights to the team
- Working in an Agile environment with designers and developers and Product Owners to create new digital products and services
- Experience of using analytics to understand user behaviour and experience
