Description
I am currently looking for a PR Manager to join a leading financial services organisation and be based in Gloucestershire. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering both traditional and digital PR outreach activity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a PR communications plan that incorporates existing broader marketing objectives and campaign plans
- Develop and deliver engaging PR campaigns
- Have ownership of media relations and press releases
- Manage crisis communications
- Support the development of PR activity across a range of channels including both digital and social
Essential skills:
- Strong background within PR, with a broad PR skill set
- Experience of campaign based PR activity
- Knowledge of managing and delivering PR activity across a range of online and offline channels
- Experience of using insight to generate and drive PR activity
- Excellent copy and proofing skills
- A proactive approach to tasks
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience within a financial services or regulated environment would be desirable, but not essential
