Your duties & responsibilities
As Visual UX-UI expert, you will be part of the internal communication department. You will work in close collaboration with experts from different disciplines (software designers, hardware designers, application experts).
Providing a great user experience is a cornerstone of our product roadmap for the next months.
Therefore, in this role you will:
- Define the graphical and user experience guidelines and ensure that it is implemented throughout all customer touchpoints
- Be involved in the design process from the start and bring creative ideas to the table
- Design simple, elegant application features to solve complex workflow and interaction problems
- Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and translate concepts into sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, user stories, user journeys and prototypes for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Manage the UX/UI product roadmap
- Share your in-depth knowledge of a variety of UX methodologies
Your profile
- At least 3 years of UX design experience with passion for providing the best customer experience
- A demonstrated track record in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Expert knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design, solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, user personas, process flows and site maps
- Strong knowledge of the standard UX software industry tools such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer or Sketch is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Strong 'can-do' attitude. Not afraid of taking responsibility for the process. Willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Fluent in English and French OR Dutch.
