IT - Technical Writer - Diegem, Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare technical & regulatory documents within established timelines

Ensure that these documents are of high quality in terms of applicable content, data interpretation, organization, accuracy and format, with adherence to regulatory guidelines, J&J internal guidelines & processes, and SDLC standards/guidelines

Writing technical SOP's (procedures) and work instructions based on available documentation/presentations

Perform technical writing, research, and related editing functions to prepare user cases, project manuals, business proposals, reports, presentations, guidelines, and other written materials.

Job Requirements:

Qualification in an appropriate discipline (eg Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science etc.)

Understanding of GMP, Compliance, Validation Practices

Experience in technical writing would be an advantage

Expertise in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Non-Technical profile requirements:

Language proficiencies: English and Dutch spoken and written

Some flexibility in working hours is required

Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

Quick learner, motivated self-starter

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills

Able to follow change management for internal guidelines
