User Experience Specialist/UX Designer required for a 4 month contract assignment located in Malmo/Sweden.
Our client are currently implementing a new SCCM platform and require a User Experience Specialist to assist with the learning plan phase, which is based on the usability of the tool & self-learning.
The tasks involved include:
- Placing non functional requirements & support the tool configuration from the User Experience perspective.
- Ensuring the platform offers the same user experience to all end users.
- Working with learning resources to ensure the learning is Embedded in the tool.
- Working with the IT vendor on the interaction design of the tool.
The ideal candidate for the role should have experience with:
- Expertise within the User Experience area
- User needs research & usability evaluation
- Interaction, content, workflow and visual design
- Digital development experience including HTML and creating web pages/digital components.
- Technical writing
- User interface prototyping
