Description
A leading private sector organisation based in the Home Counties are looking for a Change Communications Consultant for an initial 3 month contract, paying £300p/d-£350p/d.
This candidate would be working on communications campaigns to support the roll out, create and deliver communications material, execute campaigns and work with local communications teams. Candidates must understand how a digital platform operates, work collaboratively with key stakeholders within the business to oversee a project and who has seen the whole process through from inception to completion.
Further key requirements:
- Experience delivering communications as part of business change or transformation, ideally in large-scale technology or IT business change environments.
- Experience in executing communications plans that utilise a range of communications channels and ideally in helping to develop these plans.
- Strong writing, presentation and organisational skills.
- A creative mind-set and experience working collaboratively with creative teams to create compelling material eg videos, presentations, animations etc.
- The ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations, and to work effectively and confidently at all levels of an organisation.
- Ideally an understanding of the concept and practice of business change and how people go through change.
