One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Success Factors Training Developer.

To ensure strong test management in the HCM project we are recruiting a training content developer, who will fulfil a key role on supporting the development of eLearning, classroom training, virtual classroom training and performance support materials (job aid and work procedures).
They must have experience with success factors and the development of training content.
Mandatory Fields
1.Experience in creating training content for SuccessFactors in 3 or more of the following fields
- Employee Central
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Performance and goals
- Succession and Career Planning
- Learning
- Compensation
- Jams
- Workforce planning
2. Knowledge of 2 or more SuccessFactors modules listed above.
3. Knowledge of course content development software (tts performance suit preferred)
4. Visual design skills and the ability to story board
5. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
6. Can create content in another language (German, French, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish) will be preferred.
