The opportunity
Templeton & Partners is looking for a UX UI Designer to join our dynamic and motivated team within an international group.
Tasks
We are looking for a UX/IU Designer for a role based in Luxembourg.
- Recommends design options
- Provides input on information architecture
- UX Designer conceptualizes the UX then works with stakeholders and end users to validate design and recommend the end to end design strategy
- Works with Lead experience architect and other designers to makes UI and UX design decisions for high complexity solutions - including what options to present to stakeholders and making final decisions between competing designs; decision needs to align with the UX vision and information architecture and with the long-term Product roadmap
- Works with the various lab teams to develop and uphold UI standards (eg accessibility) or determine when exceptions can be granted
About the ideal candidate
You must the following experiences
- BA/BS degree in Design (eg interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop and/or Sketch, Illustrator, and presentation software) and principles (typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, colour, white space, etc.)
- Strong prototyping skills with tools like Axure and/or InVision
- Min 3 years' experience working in digital on creative teams
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong presentation and problem solving skills
- Desire to work through the entire design process using methods like sketching, storyboarding, diagramming, wire-framing, useabilty testing and prototyping for screen-based experiences
- Fluent in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
- Portfolio of work samples showcasing work
- Experience working within a large organization is an asset
- Knowledge and/or experience in the agile process
- An attention to detail
