Contract Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist
Great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who has a focus in social media, sourcing and candidate assessment.
In this role, you will partner with a client engagement manager who will work directly with internal hiring clients. The engagement manager will manage the requirements and client expectations and you will develop strategies for sourcing, assessment and fulfillment utilizing social media campaigns and other tools for sourcing the best possible talent. You will develop interview and screening to then present your top tier candidates for consideration.
This contact opportunity has a central perimeter location, excellent organizational culture and is looking for a high impact performer.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting
- 2+ years specialty focus on candidate assessment, sourcing and social media campaigns
- Demonstrated skills developing sourcing plans and associated social media campaigns
- Excellent communication, organizational and creative skills and abilties
