Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for Service Designers from a range of experience and seniority. The project will be based in Central London and be working with a government in an Agile environment.
Working within a delivery team your work will involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels provided by different parts of government. Security Clearance is not required.
A evident track record designing and delivering best-in-class user experiences
The visual design craft needed to turn interfaces into interactive designs.
An analytical mindset, and confidence in following data-driven approaches to client problems.
Confidence of User Centred Design tools, which will include user need analysis, concept design, user requirements, personas, prototyping and user journeys.
Experience of working in agile teams
A background working with multi-disciplinary teams of designers, business stakeholders, developers
Follow the GDS Design Principles and Digital Service Standard.
Work and engage with Government body members to effectively take requirements and execute.
Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders at varying levels of the organisation.
