I have a need for a Creative Lead to work on a variety of integrated B2B & B2C design projects on a contract basis. As a Creative Lead you'll be taking control of the projects by leading the design & creative executions for all external collateral ensuring brand awareness and stand out - in line with brand guidelines for a household brand in the Gloucestershire area.

- 3 month contract
Key objectives:
- As a Creative Lead you'll be supporting ongoing brand development, experimenting with colour and concepts to deliver a better visual experience.
- As this is integrated work you'll be delivering online & offline interactive elements eg: press ads, leaflets, emails, digital banners, social media GIFs, content pieces - to support delivery of annual campaign plan, key events and partner initiatives.
- The Creative Lead will be also have to work with local design agencies & B2B/B2C Leads to brief in creative projects when needed.
Key requirements:
As a Creative Lead you'll need experience of creating designs in a regulated environment. We a really interested in people who have experience of working in public sector & financial services. However if you haven't got it it's not a deal breaker. We are keen to speak to people who have great integrated design experience and can showcase quality work on a portfolio. Portfolios that show design processes and challenges will be favoured over pretty pictures that don't explain anything.
