Small graphic design and brand firm seeking a creative multi-tasker. We have been in business 15 years with clients in the healthcare, finance and engineering industries. Our clients are very corporate and professional in need of conservative, yet creative, design.
We are always busy with projects including logo/brand development, sales and research presentations, trade show displays and giveaways, basic business collateral (business cards, templates, brochures, letterhead, newsletters), email campaigns, websites and visual elements for software interfaces.
The position is paid as a 1099 contractor, part-time. Work from home is preferred, as long as you are available during regular business hours. Compensation is based on experience and your ability to maintain your own subscription to the latest Adobe CC software. We are looking for someone to become part of our team as your understanding of our clients grows and workload changes. Minimum 10 hours/week to start - more if you can handle a variety of projects other than standard design (Examples: Powerpoint and web).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert in Adobe applications - PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign
- 5+ years professional design experience
- Proficient at print collateral as well as digital
- Basic grammar/spelling for proofreading and word smithing - we have a team writer
- Self starter, detail oriented, excellent time management and quality control
- Passion for learning new things and a positive outlook
OPTIONAL, value-added skills:
- Working knowledge Office 365 - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Understanding of basic CSS and html
- Ability to populate WordPress site templates - we have a team programmer
- MailChimp and/or Constant Contact
