Information Architecture Education Leader (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Publish and promote guidance on the purpose and capabilities of the business glossaries, pharma information model and information flows
- Lead the IA-Ambassadors-Network to ensure effective sharing and collaboration on the education needs and content within the communities of practice for: Project Managers, Business Solution Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Information Architects, Delivery Service Managers, Usability/UX
- Together with the IA-Ambassadors-Network, deliver information architecture to the existing education programs of communities practice
- Ensure the education programs have a rollout plan and execute against the plan to educate the members on information architecture
- Ensure IT-governance-bodies are educated in the changes needed to leverage information architecture
- Ensure the governance-bodies plan and execute any required changes
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in Education Delivery and Coordination
- Knowledge and experience in IT-Architecture with a focus on information and data
- Good leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience in multi-site deployment project
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to arbitrate between a wide range of stakeholders to come to a solution (former experience with stakeholders would be a big plus)
