We're looking a Social Media Expert.
You'll be joining one of our largest customers in Central London.
They need a experienced individual who knows their way around social media management tools to support the Social Media and Digital Team.
You'll be helping to oversee and analyse social media accounts across all areas of the business.
This is a real opportunity to show your drive and passion for making a positive change in a business.
On a day to day basis you'll be:
- Working with the Digital & Social Media Team for the set-up of new social media accounts
- Developing channel reports and giving guidance on the performance of social media accounts
- Training and presenting best practices on managing social media channels
- Analysing the performance of content from the Social Media channels
- Using social listening data to analyse business areas and identify opportunities for social media strategy such as Sprinklr
- Producing ad hoc reports for the business to show areas for improvement across the channels
