Communications Coordinator

£ per day

We're recruiting a Communications Coordinator to join our Client in Central London on an initial 3 month contract. You will play an integral part in engagin & informing the 2,500+ employees across the UK & facilitating the delivery of change to the entire workforce. Exceptional communication & organisation skills are essential for you to succeed in this role. Some travel to other UK locations will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design a communications and change activity calendar detailing communication content by audience/channel
  • Create a customer-vendor communications engagement approach and activity plan
  • Consolidate and communicate benefits, expectation management and cutover requirements.
  • Development of awareness and update materials such as print, video, email, blogs, and face-to-face presentations.
  • Develop structure and manage content for Intranet site.
  • Manage and deliver multiple project deadlines.
  • Liaise with management and site based stakeholders.
  • Advise, support, and challenge stakeholders on communications issues.
  • Support the Training team to create communication collateral around training activities, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Ensure communications meet organisational objectives and guidelines.
  • Utilise new media channels as well as traditional face-to-face methods.
