Description
UX Research Assistant wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, related fields or any equivalent practical experience
- Experience preparing and conducting usability studies
- Excellent analytical ability, especially with regard to observation of user behaviour
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings concisely and effectively
- Experience with web technology and web standards, business applications, online ads, retail
Your tasks:
- Support designing and conducting different types of research studies with a focus on usability studies
- Running a program and answering product questions for different teams within the product space on an ongoing basis
- Collaborating with product teams to define and prioritize research questions
- Ensuring effective communication of research findings, including synthesizing them into workable design principles
- Supporting product improvements based on research findings
