Description

UX Research Assistant wanted for our Zurich based client.

Your experience/skills:
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, related fields or any equivalent practical experience
  • Experience preparing and conducting usability studies
  • Excellent analytical ability, especially with regard to observation of user behaviour
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings concisely and effectively
  • Experience with web technology and web standards, business applications, online ads, retail


Your tasks:
  • Support designing and conducting different types of research studies with a focus on usability studies
  • Running a program and answering product questions for different teams within the product space on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborating with product teams to define and prioritize research questions
  • Ensuring effective communication of research findings, including synthesizing them into workable design principles
  • Supporting product improvements based on research findings
