Our client is looking for an experienced Test Analyst/Customer Validation Analyst - Some that has experinece in Guerrilla Testing -UX related.

- During the service Term, the following services will be performed:
- Customer Validation of customer experience journeys and user experience solutions.
Continuous assessment of sprint delivery by checking digital solutions provided by the channels squads work for the customer.
1.Customer Validation
2. Preparing/Doing/Analysis of Guerrilla Test (interviewing 15 customer in branches)
3. Preparing/Doing/Analysis of Usability Test (interviewing 6 customers for 50 mins)
4. Analysis of feedback from customers
5. Research of current app standards
6. Presentation of analysis to squads and key stakeholders
