This is SAP PM implemented together with other technologies including SAP Enable Now.
The profile described is an SAP Enable Now Expert profile for the design, development and support of the SAP Enable
Now solution.
Purpose of the function:
An SAP Enable Now Expert profile for the design and management of E-learning content and digital
end user support within the Smarter-M Program
Responsibilities:
The SAP Enable Now Expert will support our customer:
- You ensure the technical expertise of the SAP Enable Now tool
- You offer authors functional support in the use of the SAP Enable Now tool.
- You advise authors in the preparation of e-learnings in the field of storytelling.
- You contribute to the development of our documentation and training strategy and methodology regarding SAP and non-SAP programs.
- Your experience contributes to the further professionalisation of our vision on knowledge sharing and learning.
Technical skills:
- Multiple years of experience with all components within SAP Enable now
- Multiple years of experience in drawing up SAP Enable now recordings & E-learning
- Has a basic graphic skills and can address these for the creation of templates within SAP Enable now
- Experience in compiling a library structure and accompanying navigation pages within SAP Enable now
- Relevant experience with training environments
- MS Office
- Visio
- MS Projects
