Marketing Manager

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join one of our largest Housing Association clients in a temporary assignment for initially 3 months (with every possibility of extension depending on performance).

Based in East London this is a full time role (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Purpose of the role:

To develop, design and implement marketing plans and campaigns for regional site specific schemes, maximising targeting of sales in line with agreed selection and allocations policy. Develop written and visual communications that are aligned with the group-wide marketing strategy to drive purchase intention, visits, reservations and sales.

Main accountabilities:

*Leadership and management including customer service/values - Manage agencies to produce design briefs that develop marketing concepts.

*Ensure agencies deliver online and offline marketing collateral, digital placements, media and PR for each development in order to drive the divisional sales targets.

*Manage the production of marketing materials. Deliver excellent customer service in line with the organisation values.

*Strategy/achieving objectives - Write and deliver cost effective, quality marketing strategies for both Shared Ownership and outright-sale (ORS) developments as assigned.

*Agree all of the necessary online and offline marketing collateral, digital placements, media and PR for each development. Produce and deliver high quality marketing material, including site signage, sales brochures, e-flyers and advertising, make recommendations on creative design of new marketing material including marketing suites and show homes.

*Undertake regular site visits to enable you to generate written and visual content. Work with the regional Sales and PR & Events teams to identify customers suitable for case studies and testimonials.

*Support the preparation of PR and Marketing event material as required. Brief sales staff on marketing activity and support queries. Meet lead generation targets. Lead on the marketing of the home ownership schemes.

*Working with others - internal - Work with the organisation Communications teams to promote new developments and campaigns. Collaborate with colleagues within the wider organisation group as necessary.

*Working with others - external - Work collaboratively and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. eg Local Authorities, Housing Corporation, NHF, Advertising Agencies, various media, other Housing Associations, solicitors, Contractors and Suppliers.

*Budgetary responsibility - Monitor and work within agreed marketing budgets set for each project and PMR objective. Contribute towards the control of budgets within the function. Contribute to meeting the divisional business plan.

*Compliance - Ensure own compliance in respect of H&S, regulatory and governance compliance. Adhere to relevant statutory and regulatory provisions.
