Key Technical Skills/competencies:
Experience of managing marketing projects, campaigns, market research and resources to meet business deadlines. An understanding of online marketing
Good understanding of MS Office, database management, email marketing software [Some understanding of design software packages, eg, In Design, desirable]
Excellent copywriting skills with experience writing content for leaflets, brochures, email marketing, sales letters and web copy.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
- Formal marketing qualification (CIM or similar) desirable but not essential
- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing/project management environment
Top Major Tasks and Activities:
- Working closely with Traded Services Manager and Team Leads, to implement marketing strategy and provide support where required
- Contribute to strategic planning of the annual marketing plan and co-ordinate education marketing activity
- Develop, execute and evaluate creative marketing campaigns that are driven by KPI's and data-led
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing collateral including leaflets and brochures, for use in in campaigns including email marketing and exhibitions
- Creation and marketing of maintained and academy directories
Additional Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure marketing requests are prioritised and serviced to meet deadlines in an efficient way
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to understand and fulfil marketing requirements
- Updating the customer marketing database, monitoring competitor activity, keeping abreast of education policy updates and relevant business-critical reports
- Organise events and exhibitions that maximise brand presence and achieve KPI's
- Copywriting and proof reading.
- GDPR marketing compliance, in an advisory capacity
- Manage CMS for B4S and Babcock Education sites; news items, campaign landing pages, SEO
- Social Media marketing
- Create half termly eNewsletter
- Ad hoc business support as and when required.
Budget/Cash Management Responsibility:
- Managing the campaign budget on a day to day basis
