UX/UI Designer - Luxembourg - 12 Month Contract - Up to €500 a dayA prestigious European institution are currently seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to work on-site in Luxembourg on an initial 12 months contract.
The Role
As the UX/UI Designer, your duties will include, but won't be limited to:
- Leading user-centred design based on consulting with clients, project teams and lead experience architect
- Acting as a UX advocate and leading a wide range of user research and design tasks to assist the Product Owner's effort of building a customer-centric application
- Demonstrating good understanding and practices of UX design principles, user research methodologies and fundamental usability guidelines through strong hands-on experiences and abilities.
- Leading design review sessions with project teams, acquiring consensus and getting approvals on designs and documentation
The suitable candidate will have solid UX design experience with web and digital projects, as well as strong prototyping skills with tools like Axure or InVision. You'll have excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to translate business and user requirements into logical and streamlined screen flows that support a desirable user experience. As the UX/UI Designer, you'll also be expected to have knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator) and principles (typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, color, white space).
