Our client are looking for a Communications and Marketing Manager to join the existing team until the end of March initially with the potential for extension. You will be responsible for establishing the communications and marketing function and in advising senior management on communications and marketing.
Key duties will include:
- Develop a communications plan to promote the division
- Raise awareness of the progress in the programme
- Work with the wider communications teams to identify and deliver media opportunities
- Use social media channels to support key messages.
- Create content for blogs and social media channels.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships in the digital space.
- Support the Internal Communications Manager to ensure that internal and external messaging is consistent and reinforcing.
- Make recommendations as to the ongoing requirements (in terms of resource, skills and experience) required by the division
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Extensive communications, marketing or PR experience
- Experience of applying communications and marketing experience in a digital programme or digital sector
- Experienced in developing written content and developing multimedia content
- Experience at management level
