Graphic Designer

Job location: Brussels

Mission:

Our client is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to work on a specific mission to redesign a part of their website. Your focus will be the creative conception of this website based on wireframes and based on the web guidelines of the client. You will work in a team with other Graphic Designers and you will be assisted and guided by the internal Lead Designer. You also work closely with the internal clients (Product Owners), the UX experts that have done the wireframes of this project and branding.

Fonction:
Understanding of business requirements based on wireframes delivered by the UX experts;
Brainstorming in close collaboration with other Team Members, Internal client, UX experts etc.;
Translating the strategies and concepts in creative and innovative layout, making sure they comply with branding rules and technical constraints;

Ideal Profile:
A creative mind-set, yet also the awareness of the technical implementation of your creations: responsive designs should have no secrets for you, you know and anticipate the behaviours of your design in all breakpoints once implemented
UI Designer degree/training
Ideally some work experience in Web business;
Mastering of the Visual Design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign);
HTML 5 & CSS3 understanding is a plus;
Excellent Knowledge of Responsive frameworks and their technical constraints;
Knowledge of CMS's (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal );
Usability and ergonomics approach;
Languages: Dutch or French and English.

Page composition;
Visual design trends;
Web usability and ergonomics.
