Communications Writer
A key client i am working with have an urgent requirement for a Communications specialist to work on a long term project into 2018.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of writing clear, simple and non-misleading redress specific customer communications relating to complex and technical issues within a Regulated Financial Services Environment
- Excellent analysis, spelling, grammar, punctuation, proof-reading and technical writing skills required
- Exposure to complex multi-channel customer communication scenarios within a Financial Services institution
- Skilled at maintaining quality results by using/tailoring existing templates and creating new responsive verbiage; following proposal-writing standards, including readability, consistency, and tone
- Adept at collaboration and communication as an editor in obtaining inputs and approvals from a range of stakeholders to ensure timely sign-off of letters
- Experience of Commercial Banking products and additional experience of redress and/or remediation would be highly beneficial
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a financial services environment
