Description

We are currently looking for an experienced UX Designer with Project Manager experience for a contract opportunity with our client in Sweden. This role offers the flexibility for some remote work.

They require candidates that can contribute to the development of future Human Machine Interaction-related products for highly automated vehicles. The position involves working with other designers on an on-going project. A key aspect of this position will be working as the project manager. The applicant will be expected to coordinate various aspects of the project including HMI development, testing, and hardware integration.

Responsibilities:

- UX: Contribute to ongoing design and implementation (in a simulator and a real vehicle) of a full experience for interacting with a driver-monitoring capable autonomous vehicle.

- Project Management: Contribute to the Project Management of an ongoing project involving multiple contributors within Scania and externally.

- Following existing plan, monitoring compliance, identifying and handling risk, ensuring that project deliverables are provided on time and at the right quality.

Required Experiences:

- Several years UX design experience

- Experience at leading large (multiple partners) and complex projects

- Experience within Automotive Industry

- Understanding of automotive hardware, software systems, or vehicle architectures

- Fluent in English
