Graduate Marketing Assistant: Global Energy Trading Co.

Duration: 6-12 Months Initially
Rate: c. £26,000 Depending on Experience
World Leading Global Energy Trading Company has an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Graduate to join the Marketing team. You will look after their digital assets, creating and planning, ensuring that the team continues to have best in class internal & external marketing, PR, narratives and visual identity.
About the Role:
You will have various responsibilities including:
- Building the external representation of the team
- Creating presentations and project plans for large strategic projects
- Scheduling and attending meetings with key internal stakeholders and senior external counterparties
- Pro-actively managing logistics and schedules
- Providing basic digital/IT support
About You:
- Marketing Graduate looking for their first step into a Global Company
- Able to demonstrate creative writing flair
- Delivery focused and highly organised
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Enjoys a very fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
