Here is the Job Spec:
• Job Location: London, UK

•Start Date: Immediate
Mandatory technical skills required:
• A mastery of UX and ability to direct all phases of
the experience design process
• Expertise in two or more design / prototype
tools (eg: Sketch, Visio, OmniGraffle, Fireworks,
Photoshop, Axure, Illustrator, Proto.io)
• Good knowledge Visual Design skills
• Motion Design and animation skills an advantage
• Knowledge of Design principles
Skill required:
• A mastery of UX and ability to direct all phases of the
experience design process
• UX architecture/logic/flow, develop large scale
information architecture and break down complex user
journeys into detailed user task flow diagrams
• Create UX/UI patterns/components and craft detailed
wireframes
• Design high fidelity UX/UI interactions based on (and
contribute to) the Helix Design System and prototype
using proto.io (preferred)
• Extensive experience across verticals, creating
wireframes, prototypes, site maps and user flows, etc.
• A portfolio to showcase involvement on at least seven to
ten significant website or digital initiatives for world-class
clients.
• Proof of design decisions directly led to successful
project outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate functional
and UX choices to clients and team members.
• Expertise in two or more design / prototype tools(eg: Sketch, Visio,
OmniGraffle, Fireworks,
Photoshop, Axure, Illustrator, proto.io)
• Knowledge of interpreting analytics, metrics and user
data plus experience with SEO, tagging and
meta.
• Experience in defining metrics, preparing estimates,
providing inputs regarding program specifications and
deliverables, and participating in reviews and
communications to team and management.
Exceptional senior client management skills
• Experience in working and managing multiple projects
simultaneously
