Description
A Service Designer naturally understand the bigger picture of a solution and how different touchpoints and people interact through the whole service flow. To extend our team we are looking for a service designer with experience in a true service environment like banking, insurance or airlines. As service designer you are a strong advocate for the user and his experience and understand how service propositions translate into meaningful experiences and viable business models. Preferably you have experience with solutions that encompass data, and how you build meaningful services with data.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Accelerate service thinking within Philips by delivering meaningful (data enabled) service propositions that impact people’s lives.
You are responsible for
Building differentiating service propositions encompassing data that are relevant to our end users
Guide real life exploration and validation of service propositions with users
Accelerate the integration of Service Design and Data Design, portray a clear vision on this competence development
Take an active role in scaling the Service Design capability, take business stakeholders along in service thinking
Building a toolset and repeatable way of working for service design within the health technology context
You are a part of
The Data Enabled Design team, a group of data designers with expertise on visualization, user experience research, prototyping and service design. The Data Enabled Design team is part of global 400+ design community and working on both business as research driven projects.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree (WO/HBO) in Design
Track record in service design environment, able to show portfolio of (data enabled) service propositions
Experience in a service driven field like banking, insurances or airlines (or equivalent)
Fluent in the digital environment, affinity or experience with data is a pre
English verbal and writing
