Description
Qualtrics/ Data Specialist urgently required for our Central Government, Westminster based client on a 3 month initial contract + possible extensions.You will be responsible for:
- Dashboard builds: build dashboards that we need to deliver the business.
Output: template set that can be replicated for future for survey groups and way of combining data (dashboard template). We want to know how to build these structures so that we can amend them. The team have some specific issues they want to trouble shoot with our existing design so that we can set up master standard dashboards. - Randomise the sending of surveys for NBC's: surveys are currently sent out by asking callers if they are happy taking part in a survey which is then sent to them. We want to trial automating this process so that it can be randomised. Output: new mode of survey being sent trialled and evaluation completed (comparing results through different models)
- Trial new service designs - set up new types of surveys for collection of data. To include shorter survey for in court surveys and other language surveys. Output: workshop completed and new survey in place for I&A, template for survey to be replicated set up.
- Sentiment analysis - We have currently only trained the sentiment analysis at a basic level. We want to improve this so that we can be more confident of the results. Output: improved sentiment analysis implemented - with clear rationale for choices documented.
The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of:
- Dashboard building - both for existing needs and to make us a template we can use later
- Sampling survey respondents by sending survey links using other systems, e.g. Notify, to auto-send a survey invite via a text
- Setting up new surveys
- Piloting surveys
- Capability building - you will need to teach several others the details
- Permissions
- Sentiment analysis - a function in Qualtrics that needs setting up
- Hierarchies
