Description
• Work closely with content, use case and capability product managers, as well as development and Developer Advocacy group on Elektron Data Platform (EDP) solutions and services to understand how those are set up, who are their users, as well as how those are being used• Create and maintain content and functional documentation to meet company common standards for consistency, accuracy, quality and completeness, suitable for developers and content internal and external end users of our APIs
• Design and maintain technical materials, tutorials and sample applications (code samples) suitable for a range of audiences using a combination of reference documentation and scenario-based documentation methods
• Produce, update, and maintain schematic graphics, quick-start guides, and technical notes as necessary
• Update a library of existing technical and functional content available for EDP solutions
• Understand and measure usage and support a culture of continuous process improvement
• Assist in setting up a framework that helps developers create sample applications
• Publish documentation across multiple Refinitiv support websites such as Developer Portal, APIDocs, MyRefinitiv.com/Support, meeting the guidelines of the Developer Advocacy group
