UX Researcher vacancy requiring profound knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- Expertise in preparing and conducting usability studies
- Detailed oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with regard to observation of user behaviour
- Hands-on experience with web technology and standards, business applications, online ads and retail is an advantage
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field of study
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Organising user research activities
- Developing, observing and moderating usability testing sessions and interviews
- Managing questionnaires, surveys, and interviews as well as taking notes during user study sessions
- Analysing qualitative data and preparing reports
- Providing results from the study to the research lead
