Description
UX Research Assistant vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, related fields or any other equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in preparing and conducting Usability studies
- Detailed oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with regard to observation of User behaviour
- Hands-on experience with Web technology and standards, business applications, online ads and retail is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing, observing and moderating usability testing sessions and interviews
- Managing questionnaires, surveys, and interviews as well as taking notes during user study sessions
- Analysing qualitative data and preparing reports
- Organising User Research activities
- Providing results from the study to the Research Lead
