Design Operations Manager - Design, UX, UI/Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, Project Manager
Top UK Retailer is looking for a Design Operations Manager to join them in a contract role, based in North or Central London.
Key Skills and Experience
You'll need to have demonstrated experience of:
- 4+ years in an agile software product development/project management environment ie experience as an Ops Manager, Delivery Lead, Project/Programme Manager, Agile Coach, etc.
- Strong knowledge Agile concepts and principles.
- Working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and understanding all phases of the product development life cycle.
- Facilitating engaging retros and process re-engineering workshops.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Experience working independently with minimum supervision, leading multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of proficiency crafting high impact presentations using MS PowerPoint to clearly articulate solutions and create narratives that influence and commit people to change.
- Key product metrics and analysing data to support decision-making.
- Desirable: Some knowledge of lean/design-thinking
- Desirable: BCS Practitioner in Agile certificate
