Key to this success is their expertise in E-commerce and we are currently looking for an exceptional UI Architect to join the project team on an exciting B2B E-commerce project.
As the UI Architect you will have a passion for design and technology with a particular focus on designing accessible experiences.
You will be involved in delivery of UI design for the E-commerce websites, and some enterprise software, as as part of a large technology delivery team, in their mission to drive competitive advantage for the customer.

Required Experience:
*Extensive Front End development experience and/or knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, DOM, W3C coding standards and Accessibility compliance.
*Experience of testing websites to ensure conformance to WCAG 2.0/2.1- Level A/AA, Section 508.
*Experience in ADA compliance for documents such as PDF, PPT, Word, etc. and should able to transform PSDs(Photoshop documents) into W3C standards compliant code
*Experience in WAI-ARIA implementation and Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools
*Knowledge of assistive technologies used for web browsing such as Wave, JAWS or NVDA
*Knowledge of Deque tools (aXe, Assure/Comply or Worldspace) preferred.
*Very good understanding and working knowledge of Responsive Web Design
*Experience in writing test cases and test case automation using Jasmine, Karma etc.
*In-depth knowledge of cross-browser compatibility; specifically IE quirks and resolutions.
*Should be able to review the code and provide suggestions for performance optimization
*Has extensive knowledge on web performance and web performance tooling, like: WebPageTest, Lighthouse
*Has extensive knowledge on accessibility and accessibility guidelines, like: WCAG
*Familiar with source control principles and comfortable with GIT.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desirable Skills:
*Working knowledge of one or more Single Page Applications frameworks, like ReactJS, Angular or VueJS
*Exposure of architecting multi-lingual sites/platform
*Exposure of any CMS
*Exposure to any one of the cloud platform (AWS, Azure Google, Firebase etc.)
