Job Title: Demand Marketing Manager
Location: Remote/London
Duration: 12 Months Contract initially
Responsibilities:
- Run regional websites, including chatbot performance, CMS updates and lead generation.
- Key marketing representative for web migration project that will need strong understanding of lead flow and prospect journey impacts.
- Work with SEO agency to further optimise web performance.
- Lead EMEA content process including working with US teams on prioritisation, communication and translation of new content.
- Supervise content localisation process and budget to meet web, campaign and field content requirements.
- Identify, test and drive enhancements to email, nurture and other lead acceleration programmes to improve conversion, accelerate leads, create opportunities and measure results.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analysis of full-funnel performance metrics for website and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with other demand generation teams to support larger campaigns and events.
Must-Have Experience/Skills/Attributes:
- Minimum 5 years demand generation marketing experience with consistent track record of results.
- Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, websites and varied marketing mix.
- Experience crafting successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, programmes and priorities.
- Comfortable working with Excel, budgets and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented.
Desired Experience/Skills/Attributes:
- 3+ years' experience in B2B technology.
- Proven success building B2B marketing funnels, scaling profitable demand, optimising lead handoff processes and exceeding return on investment targets.
- Previous use of Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics or related systems.
- A second language (preferably French or German) is desirable, but not required.
