*URGENT ROLE* with flexible working
Marketing Product/Project Manager - North West London
An exciting new role has arisen for a digital marketing product and project manager to be accountable for the delivery of assigned multi-channel tactics for International markets (marketing and brand promotion).
The role is responsible for Production Budget & Brand Planning based on established brand and engagement strategy plans, ensures tactical campaigns aligned with the strategy are flawlessly executed through the right channel in the proper cadence, fed by content module approval and tactical activity calendar updates.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years in marketing and/or activation in large complex organisation
- 3+ years of Digital marketing management planning and budget allocation experience
- 3+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required, but ideal)
- Great Stake Holder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile Principles
- Campaign marketing
- Understanding marketing data performance and how it informs decision-making
- Familiar with marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, workflows
- Experience managing external vendors, budgets and invoicing including vendor performance management
- P&L or knowledge of Budget Management required
- Experience with all Pharma marketing and launch scenarios, a plus
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Skills:
- Excellent relationship-building & communication/collaboration skills, ability to work & influence virtually across markets and teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write, collaborate on and edit communications and presentations where needed
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented, accustomed to fast-paced settings with adequate prioritization/decision-making
Languages:
- Fluent in English (orally & in writing)
- Business proficiency in other European language(s) of high advantage
