THE ROLE
The role is to create and manage a set of conversation design principles covering multiple messaging platforms and multiple brands. The candidate will collaborate with a Conversation Analyst to understand UX patterns in conversations and design interactions with these in mind, you will also write dialogues for the bot that consistently convey our chosen persona and tone of voice. This will involve the design of conversational flows that meet the needs of multiple user types across different messaging platforms. Candidates must have the ability to present content/information using: Text, Diagrams, images, videos, files, emotions - all possible presentation forms and create mock-ups and rapid prototypes. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills along with excellent communication skills.
