UI Lead (Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC)

We are looking for a UI Lead (Sketch, Figma) to join our existing team, and help us with the transformation to make sure our client becomes fully digital in their approach and improves the customers' experience online. You will be creating eye-catching and high performing content pages to improve conversion rates on their current platform.
You will work with a number of teams, being an advocate for user-centric design and making sure the products we are designing are going to bring value to the customers and the wider business. The team you will be a part of is using the latest technologies!
The responsibilities of the UI Lead (Sketch, Figma) will be:
- Building and delivering roadmaps to support the design strategy
- Using and interpreting research, always backing it up with evidence
- Creating new designs regularly, and working on Design Systems which are already existing to tidy them up
- Working closely with UX Designers to prototype, delivering effective user story mapping
- Constantly keeping up to date with industry and design trends, by leading the design community and sharing ideas/collaborating with the rest of the digital teams
The skills we are looking for in the UI Lead (Sketch, Figma) are:
- Strong experience as a UI Lead (at least 7 years), with an excellent track record of designing user-centric solutions
- Strong experience with Sketch, Zeplin, Figma, Invision, Adobe CC
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, following Agile methodologies
- Experience managing teams and liaising with stakeholders, you will interact with the wider business on a daily basis

UI Lead (Sketch, Figma) - West London, remote initially but will need the flexibility to go on site 2/3 days per week occasionally
