Microsoft Template Specialist- Word, Powerpoint, Excel
An opportunity has arisen to join a forward thinking organisation as a Template Specialist who can create templates, customise application interfaces and manage client queries to project scope. you will be working with the Product Owner, Project Manager and development team for smooth handover and queries along with and BAU issues that arise.
Skills/Experience required
Detail orientated and organised.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically.
- Able to call on experience to offer advice and best practice guidance when needed.
- Able to manage time effectively between project work and existing client queries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both virtually and face to face.
Technical Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- A working knowledge and ability to modify XML files.
- Working knowledge of Excel formulae including nested formulae to implement logic.
- Working knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications for migration of custom client code and programming new ad-hoc procedures.
Desirable Skills/Experience (not essential)
- Experience with other template management or document automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases and T-SQL.
- Legal sector knowledge and experience.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience of user acceptance testing.
- Experience of business analysis practices and methodologies.
