Marketing Growth Hacker

Role Outline
Our client, a future thinking tech incubator are developing the next-generation technologies that are being used to solve the climate change issues we are facing globally. We are looking for growth hackers who will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement and monetisation of the incubated start-up digital product or service.

As a growth hacker, you will support our start up teams to:
. Acquire new customers exponentially and ensures their retention
. Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
. Oversee the strategy, analysis and optimisation of paid and organic acquisition including but not limited to SEO, PPC, website management, partnership, email and CRM marketing, content marketing and influencer marketing.
. Develop and deploy metrics and frameworks for analysis across all portions of the funnel including acquisition channels, engagement, and retention.
. Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
. You will be able to consider existing applications and evaluate their UX (user experience) effectiveness.

Key Criteria
. Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker/similar role for 5+ years
. Achieved significant growth previously, using an innovative strategy, backed up with solid data.
. Have experience in a high-growth company, start-up or scale-up
. You have experience in managing digital marketing at scale, across paid and performance channels (including PPC/SEM, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, affiliate networks, retargeting, programmatic display, etc).
. You have demonstrable experience in implementing data-led acquisition strategies
. In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
. Strong analytical skills to make data driven decisions for commercial and operational performance
. Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
. Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
. Have a self-starter growth hacking mentality

Desirable Criteria
. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
. Tech industry experience highly desired
