ob Description/What you'll be doing:
Be part of the effort to support a police force in re-designing 2 of their key strategy and transformation functions to enable the Force to improve how it delivers against its strategic and tactical priorities and enhance outcomes for citizens. Help to design an operating model for these functions to enable continuous improvement for the organization. Undertake work such as: working with client stakeholders to map out of the as-is process, running workshops with the client to clearly articulate their vision for the future, undertake analysis to determine optimum to-be set-up pulling in best practice from other areas of Accenture, design part of the new operating model and create material to describe this, creating a high-level roadmap to show the activities and timelines needed to achieve the desired change.
We are looking for someone with Target Operating Model or/and Org Design background
1 - Business Design (P1 - Beginner)
2 - Business Process Implementation (P1 - Beginner)
3 - Stakeholder Management (P1 - Beginner)
