Professional Lead (Organisational Development), 12 months, Edinburgh, £475p/d
Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a public sector organisation, who are looking to recruit a Professional Lead (Organisational Development) on an initial 12 month contract basis.
You will receive a competitive rate of £475 per day and the contract will see you inside IR35.
The main purpose of this role will be supporting practitioners as they deliver organisational design and change programmes to reshape the delivery of the company services. You will develop the skills of team members in their professional practice, embedding models, tools and approaches. You will support the capacity of the leadership team in the coordination of business change activities.
Responsibilities and Experience
- Work with key stakeholder groups, including governance forums in support of business change
- Provide professional supervision and coaching to key practitioners working within design and change
- Develop proposals, presentations and communications briefings
- Excellent communicator
- Able to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the impact of organisational culture on engagement and performance, and significant experience in influencing/managing cultural change
- Track record of delivering and evaluating talent management and succession planning programmes at all levels within the organisation
- Track record of introducing organisation redesign programmes to enable more effective performance
- Experience of consultation and negotiation with trade unions and/or employee groups
